On June 8, 2008, more than 4,000 runners, walkers, survivors, and supporters joined together at Hudson River Park’s Pier 84 in a wonderful celebration of life beyond cancer!  To view an event photo album, click here.

From the pre-race ceremony to the post-race celebration, Rock & Run on the River was an exciting and inspirational day for everyone.

To our participants, donors, and volunteers -- thank you for your hard work and dedication to MSK’s Cancer Survivorship Initiative.  To survivors -- we salute your strength, and wish you ongoing health and wellness.

Today more than 12 million Americans are living beyond cancer.  Rock & Run on the River was a great day to honor survivors and celebrate life!

Rock & Run fundraising campaigns will continue throughout the summer.  Both online and off-line donations will be accepted until Sunday, August 31st.
